Ingredients:

• Prawn
• Oil for frying
• Butter
• Curry leaf
• Chilli padi
• Sugar
• Nestum
• Milk powder

For the coating dip:

• Egg
• Water
• Salt & pepper
• Wheat flour

Cooking steps:

  1. Mix together the coating dip ingredients; egg, water, flour and salt & pepper.
  2. Dip the prawns into the dipping mix and then coat with flour.
  3. Dip the prawns again in the dipping mix before frying in the hot pan.
  4. Next, melt butter in the pan and sauté in the curry leaves and chilli padi. Add in sugar to taste.
  5. Put in the fried prawns and add in the nestum and milk powder.
  6. Stir and mix well.
