Cooking steps
- Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl
- Add a dollop of cooking cream and salt to taste
- Next, whisk until everything has mixed well
- Add some oil to non-stick pan and pour the egg mixture
- Lightly stir until it becomes slightly cook, but please ensure don’t overcook to maintain the fluffiness & softness of the egg
- Once it is slightly cook, roll over the egg and turn upside down and continue to cook for about 10-20 seconds
- Put on a serving plate and add a cube of butter to serve
