Ingredients:

  • Sirloin cut meat
  • Capsicum
  • Potatoes
  • Shimeji mushroom
  • Shitake mushrooms
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Thyme
  • Paprika


Cooking steps:

  1. Cut and dice onions and garlic
  2. Cut the mushrooms, capsicums and potatoes
  3. Boil the potatoes until cooked/soft
  4. Season the steak with salt, pepper, thyme and paprika
  5. Oil the pan with olive oil to start grilling the steak for about 5-6 minutes to get medium-medium well doneness.
  6. Next, sauté the garlic, onions, capsicums, mushrooms and lastly add the boiled potatoes and butter. Then add salt and pepper to taste and ready to serve!
